Baptism
We are so excited to hear of your desire to be baptized--and of the life you now have in Christ. For many baptism is the first step of  public obedience to our Lord. Regardless of where you are in your journey, your baptism will be very special and meaningful. It is trully something to anticipate with joy!
Before you can get baptized, you will be asked to meet with one of our elders to talk through the information in the Baptism Booklet. This document is available for download. During our time together, we will discuss the biblical significance of baptism. We will also cover several "frequently asked questions" and logistical details, as well as give you opportunity to share your testimony.
While it doesn't necessarily exclude you, we would like baptism candidates to be those who have potential to walk in community with us at Journey. If you feel called to another church, or are only passing through, we recommend you wait until you find a place to call home.
